I engaged in-house publishing to deliver my second book the little book of Human. From the first conversation to the... delivery of the product I was incredibly impressed with the care that the entire team showed towards me and in particular their willingness to understand the human behind the book. The way the process moved seamlessly from one department to the next tells me that this is a team who cares for each other, and in turn this is felt by me the customer. As a published author of 11 books with International and Australian publishers, I turned to In-House to get a... specialist subject book produced I could not get any agency interested in.
